As I recall, it is difficult to find info about how to avoid that fee. You have to snail mail a hard copy of the form and a check, I think. Ridiculous.

Aw that’s a nice tradition. Hubig’s got the dough wrong so doesn’t seem like king cake — but it’s a sugary pastry that looks like king cake and tastes good enough. I bet it will be fine for tomorrow. Have fun.

I tried apple and the dough and flavor were similar to a grocery store coffee cake, like Entenmann’s. It was fine but not my thing.
