I want to optimize my sleep.
Exercise is going well.
Gym 3x + run 2x.
My diet is okay. I'm losing body fat and eating a lot of protein.
I get enough sleep, but it is irregular and not good.
I am now going to establish fixed sleep times and stick to them.
What else? Should I buy an Oura ring?
