Ok great. I think they should do it and continue to put pressure on releasing the Epstein files. I know there is a shut down, but at some point, the complaining comes across as “playing the victim” to keep talking about it, IMO. At some point, the political capital is extinguished.

Horrible if true. The question becomes: what can people not living in Texas do about it? For example, people like myself who live on he east coast? Can we call our senators or do we enlist in the next Union army?

This is one reason why we are here, now.

But the Rs have been at this for decades, consolidating power wherever they can and rewarding the super rich. The Ds kept kicking the can down the road, and lost a lot of disillusioned voters in the process.

Sorry for repeating myself. One of the biggest side effects of medication is short term memory loss. It can be embarrassing at times. I do find that when I write I am hyper focused helps me keep my sanity. Sorry for being so chatty. I hope you have a great night.

I take 4000 mg of anti-seizure medication per day, which has plenty of side effects but it keeps me stable, although I had to have my left shoulder replaced (I am back to lifting weights). One thing I learned from all of this is that there are so many people worse off than me.

I’m told “Shiloh” is probably my best one to date. It is 6 x 9 instead of 5 x 8 otherwise it would be 875 pages. I’ve been told by a few readers that they finished it in a matter of days because they couldn’t stop ☺️. I’ve also been told it would make a good miniseries. I’m just not a marketer.

Sorry to hear about the Covid. I don’t recall if we discussed it, but I caught a bad case of Covid on a return trip from Spain a few years ago, and started suffering epileptic seizures. One minute I was standing somewhere and the next I was waking up in a hospital bed or the back of an ambulance.

I think my shortest book is 550 pages. I like to have several plot lines that come together at the end.

Seven. I’m on my 8th called book called “Beyond” which will be the fifth and final installment of the Last Immortal series (which will take the story arc full circle). I plan to focus on stand alone novels (I’ve done three so far) which I think allow me greater creativity; and do some marketing…
