I liked it a lot too. I think I picked it up during a waiting period in between some early Dresden. It felt like it could have easily been the storyline of an awesome 80s cartoon

Noticed you were wearing a Dungeon Crawler shirt. Based on your mention of it I checked out the series. Haven't read a book in a couple years and since Xmas I'm two books in just started the third this weekend. It's a great series
