Why not just like Aaron Judge bar every time? And use ghost runners that move up 1 base a head of where he lands after a batted ball? Why even play the game!?

It goes against the whole point of building a line up. This would just be another excuse for poorly run teams to not spend money because if they can have their best hitter hit ahain then what’s the point of having a solid 1-9

If cincy had even an average defense they’d have a winning record, burrow has 14 TDs in 3 divisiona games and is 1-2 so far

Yeah I think he’ll be a quick pick up for someone who has an establish closer. But a 6-7th inning role would he pretty good for him

What’s the issue with Finnegan? He seems to be a pretty okay mid-late bullpen arm if not going to be a closer. Seems like a guy you’d tender

I’m sure it’s an injury worry but also this way it frees a 40 man spot and brings him back in a Minor league contract. Then if he heals and they need him they’ll make a 40 man move in the season. But his spot is more valuable now and needed

He was bad, but the play in the 1st half really put them behind, all those false status and penalties left points on the board early. And the 4th down play calling was terrible. Then to never stop them on 4th down is rough. But they’ll some how beat Philly and Kansas City for some reason

Brian Giles, unfortunately played for the pirates in the late 90s early 2000 and got no press. Was also 28 when he really started to excel
