Lastly, I got a handful of hypno files i on-and-off used last year and, of course, nothing happened. This year, I'm gonna be consistent with i, and hopefully I get the effects i want!

I actually managed to lose ~20lbs last summer, and now that I know I'm Insulin Resistant (and getting medicated!) it should be easier to lose weight, and keep it off.

Last year i kept running into the same issue where I'd wanna pad up, then go "ugh thats such a commitment not rn" and then just never pad up, cause i get all annoyed at the tapes and i feel like I'm wasting' them when i can't fully soak them and have to change into normal underwear for social stuff.

Aw man, I wondered why I hadn't seen anything new from them in a while, but i sadly didnt notice their account was gone. I loved their stuff! I hope they one day come back and start creating again.
