Thanks to everyone who followed this absurd undertaking. See y’all at Goosemas, in Mexico, and at the impending 7 night stand at the Gorge next summer.

And remember, my rankings are never subjective, they’re straight facts. That’s just the way it is. Dubadoo dubadoo dubadoo…

It's hard to describe the magnificence of this show. The Give It Time > Dawn transition, the power packed into Echo, the droning weight of Big Modern, the fervor of Pancakes, the blazing height of Hungersite, the menace of Madhuvan. Goose, at their best.

This behemoth is a forever staple in Goose's live repertoire. All I Need erupted and Red Bird's fire cauterized the first set. In an extended back half, Trevor calibrated an epic Hungersite, This Old Sea found electrolysis, and Factory Fiction pulverized.

Goose went big for their return to the wonder of Red Rocks. The cover drop of I Would Die 4 U landed well, followed by a tremendous Everything Must Go and its new dark jam turn. The Driptych partnered with What’s Up and Factory Fiction for a grandiose finish.

One of the best Goose weekends ever had a legendary N3. The band’s versatility was on full display. Everything Must Go found its golden moment, Big Modern seized a theme, Fish in the Sea went deep sea diving, SOS stretched, and Hungersite went off the rails.

I like Tyler , was just surprised. Wednesday has a little twang but I think of them as INDIE indie.

Love Wednesday, seeing in April.

Also saw they’re opening for Tyler Childers and I am confused.

I became a fan in 2019 but it wasn’t until this show that I felt there was something extraordinary about Goose. This performance of A Western Sun is a timeless wonder, the band’s jam masterpiece. Echo and Empress kept hearts pumping at a small town drive-in.

The boys from down the road had been dreaming of this moment their whole lives. We saw them rise to the occasion with a 4 hour marathon party for the ages. Locked-in jamming, glorious horn compliments, and boundless joy graced the world’s greatest arena.

Show-hio lived up to its name on this epic night. Goose borrowed from side gigs for great debuts of Butterflies and Turbulence. A terrific Half Step was soon followed by a monumental performance of Creatures. The 35 minute All I Need wasn’t shabby either.

The 3 nights at the Fox had plenty of special moments but Saturday in Hotlanta reached a new level. Arrow was a bullseye, a true psychadelic reverie. Tumble tossed and turned, Red Bird zig zagged in flight, and Dixie walked us into a fabulous Factory finish.

Many consider the mid June ‘21 run to be the best Goose, and it’s a fair take. A fevered Empress had the seeds to make a Rosewood grow before stumbling upon the likes of an ageless man. Madhuvan dipped into Moby before returning to a wildly oscillating jam.

There are rumors this was the day band connectivity fell apart behind the scenes. They could’ve fooled folks at Kettlehouse… must be pros. This show is phenomenal start to finish with standout renditions of Time to Flee, Drive, Red Bird, Thatch, and Dripfield.

Stage beanies are necessary for midwest shows in March. You need to sweat so you don’t literally catch fire. Rick must have been dripping by the end of a thrilling Tumble opener. There was enough H2O left for a stunning Rockdale and top tier Dripfield.

It’s hard to believe Goose squeezed into a stateside 759 capacity venue just a few years ago. They packed quite a bit in this small house. Borne was mesmerizing and Empress was hypnotizing, arguably the best version of each. Arcadia also seeped extra sauce.

On the night of love, Goose continued their February frenzy with a superb performance. One In, One Out was a magnificent thematic cultivation. The ultimate Dripfield was transcendent, a potential Rushmore jam. Hot Tea found a volatile brand of weird.

I’m going to need a rest this year. Miami > Mexico was a lot last year. Aiming for the earlier Phish weekends.

Sames. Going this time but feel like it’ll be distracting from the music at times. Also i hate Vegas.

All 4 Fiddler’s shows are on this list but this one is the best of the bunch. Look Out Cleveland was especially savvy but it was a lengthy Drive that stole Set 1. In the second set, Madhuvan was outrageous, tying together every shade of Goose’s jam spectrum.

Stretches of brilliance are commonplace for Goose but there are few that rival the sorcery of this second set. The band was simply unstoppable with their best material, reeling off 4 consecutive 20+ minute bangers of Echo, Rosewood, Arcadia, and Red Bird.
