I legit remember playing mostly first-party titles on the Nintendo GameCube (It was a long time ago before that gaming collection was gone)

I still remember some of those games to this very day, but I am not willing to spend money to get a physical collection again (especially GameCube)

And I grew up with licensed games when I had a PlayStation 2 (A majority of my former collection was full of them, but many of them were decent such as Lego Star Wars, and some WWE games)

I know about the lack of anthro games out there, a lot of the franchises that do have them get canceled out of the blue.
(Dillon's Rolling Western for an example since Vanpool the developers of the games shutdown, and there's no port of the games yet on Switch 1/2)

I seen way more shovelware terrible games of good franchises than actual good games.

Heck it took until 2 decades for a actual good development studio to make an actually good RoboCop game.
