I’ll give Trump credit: he is a master destroyer. He has broken in one week more things than any human in history save perhaps the pilot of Enola Gay. All while operating a massive greater fool scam in crypto. Historians will study and marvel at this time, and not in a good way.

Watching US Senate confirmation hearings I’m struck by how many super old people populate the senate. Being old is fine but this is not the generation that represents the bulk of the US population or understands contemporary society. Perhaps they’re wise but listening to a lot of them refutes that.

This feels like I’m watching a hearing from the 1950s where they are now debating whether women are equal to men. Thank you Republicans for re-igniting the oldest form of discrimination in human history.

I run a company and I can honestly say I wouldn’t hire this Hegseth guy to stack chairs in a meeting room let alone to run the largest military in the world.
