Speaking for myself and the other Panthers fans I know, we never liked having them around.

Protest all they want, we still had Pride Night that season and their jerseys were still sold at the auction. It's fun to know that those jerseys are in ciculation, rainbow shoulder patches and all.

Only thing I could find is him saying the NHL should ban players that don't speak out. I get the sentiment (because fuck the Russian gov't) but can't see the NHL giving an ultimatum that could put families in danger. If they actually supported the invasion somehow, that'd be a big scandal I missed.

How is the NHL supporting Russia? They excluded Russia from the upcoming 4 Nations tournament in favor of Sweden (where the pictured player is from), cut ties with their Russian business partners, publicly condemned the Ukraine invasion, and ended their media activities in Russia.
