Really pleased to find a basically new Sharp cassette recorder, the one I had bitd for my Speccy. Still have the machine, so I’m back to the exact setup on my desk from 1985 ish now. Apart from the joystick, which was probably a Cheetah, and crap anyway.

Stuck the freshly soldered Pi0 into the Spectrum Next (along with a couple of Samsung RAM chips and the ESP module) and it’s loading a TZX, so, success!

Just rebuilt my Asciiware PlayStation stick. Amazed I didn’t lose any of the little bits for all the buttons as they’ve been sat on my desk for a fortnight. #retrogaming
