They’re investing and developing. Making money is not the goal right now. It’s very reasonable to question why our society is putting such huge resources towards AI/LLMs.

Never voted for Trump. What I’m calling out here is anti-AI rhetoric based purely on politics. Just claiming Waymo is killing people for cheap social media points. The fact you assume I’m MAGA proves my point. You can’t see clearly.

There are definitely bad things happening, but it’s not actually that similar to the Nazis. It’s also not helpful to try to relate what’s happening now to the Nazis. To me, it’s also disrespectful to the memory of victims of the Nazis.

It’s a great book, read it multiple times, but to say the US is on this path is indeed hyperbole. And I say this as someone who is deeply anti-Trump. Just as one example, the US is currently the world power. Trump has not written his plans in a book. And the plans don’t seem to involve genocide.

This is why I call the sun god. It isn’t, but it is. I wish we had more secular language around this concept.

Actually, yes. If you’re not penalizing east teams for playing easy opponents in your analysis, then you’re ignoring basic math.

Here’s the wins west teams would gain if both conferences played each other the same number of games. Keep in mind the east would lose this amount. It’s a massive disparity and greatly biases who we think is good or not. The 10th west team would probably be top 5 in the east.
