Trump should be sentenced and remanded to custody immediately. He was, in case everyone forgot, convicted in a court of law by a jury—a jury whose members were selected by the defense and prosecution teams.

Why are we paying Congress during a federal shutdown?

How quickly would they iron things out, if they weren’t getting paid? If their fabulous health insurance had been revoked?

I’ll tell you. There would be no government shutdowns. Not even for a day.
