THE RIP totally rips. Really tasty tough guy shtick backed up by some confident filmmaking. The ideal Netflix movie, in that it would feel at home on cable with commercial breaks (see also: REBEL RIDGE, CARRY-ON). Good enough to get to me click the little heart on Letterboxd. #filmsky
