You really have to hand it to the CIA. All the money and manpower they invested in supporting a Non-Communist Left (NCL) for decades paid off. People are more confused than ever and it never occurs to them to seek answers in theories they've been taught to distrust or despise.

At the end of the episode we all recommend books, and this was my rec. It's absolutely essential to understand Western imperialism and resistance to it in the Global South.
