We have a Christmas Eve tradition of finger foods. Deviled eggs are a reminder of the Christmas miracle. I can eat maybe two eggs normally. Deviled? I could eat a dozen. Truly miraculous.

Lotta people using AI to generate pictures that make them look more attractive than they are in real life. Seems bad. I’ll use AI to make myself look uglier than I really am. I’d rather people be surprised that, in reality, I’m less ugly than they expected.

One argument against permanent Standard Time is darker evenings. But wouldn’t schools, businesses, and routines be able to shift to match daylight anyway? If so, doesn’t that make choice between ST vs. DST irrelevant? Time is fixed, but our routines aren’t.

• Constant drug offers
