For those not in the US, this is in Fahrenheit.. not that it matters for the “feels like” temperature….

Only in Latin, with the seal. We have an on-call translator for such letters, too, after one student made a fake copy of the seal and wrote nonsense to try get out of the Purim shpiel just because he was cast as Haman.
