I don't think we can count if we are going all the way back to when Berossus reported that the Mesopotamians ran tour groups to Xisuthrus's Ark.

The Today Show reporter, Keir Simmons, not only referred to the site as "Noah's Ark," but the Today anchors gasped and discussed it as though it were the actual ark, calling for a full excavation, once Simmons's report ended.

Ron Wyatt originally claimed the Durupinar site was Noah's Ark back in the 1980s. Science says it's natural. Even the creationists at Answers in Genesis say that Andrew Jones is full of it, noting he is fitting scans to predetermined conclusions. answersingenesis.org/blogs/ken-ha...

It wasn't true, they knew it wasn't true, and they were said to have explained that it was not intended to be taken literally.

Hitler was not "obsessed with aliens" as Jorjani claims. The allegation of Hitler's involvement with aliens and UFOs was a postwar myth, and much of what Jorjani claims derives from the "satirical" account in Pauwels's and Bergier's "Morning of the Magicians."
