I prefer grilling meat over natural lump charcoal. That being said, you can broil meat. In my experience, broiling from frozen works well & doesn't dry it out. You need to experiment with your oven to find the right temp & distance from the element. That done, you & your meat should be golden

I'm 50 and I'm constantly moved by art. In fact, I think as I've gotten older, I've become more easily affected by art.
The perspective and wisdom gained by living has left me open to experiencing art differently than when I was young
