Uniform color palettes for STAR TREK: THE ORIGINAL SERIES vs. THE NEXT GENERATION.

I guess Next Gen was darker because dark is "cool" and bright colors are "silly," but I miss the old days.

Watch any TOS episode -- the colors are crazy. The point was to get people to buy color TVs.
