Lovely lovely looking place. Any unusual birds in there?

100% well said. I know 100s of people with great ideas and no means to implement them. Just about anything in the modern day capitalist world requires a small tonne of cash to put into action and most people don't sit on a tonne of cash. VCs invest into spyware, 'defence' and such like.

Letting go of an ex completely is essential for one's wellbeing. So well done here.

Looking at breasts is very good for one's wellbeing. Scientifically proven. They have to be real breasts though.

It all starts with wellbeing. Everything else is downstream from that.

100%. The 'popsicle index' in USA seems to be very low. Recently I was in Bosnia (Banjaluka) and there were 10-14 year old girls walking around the town on their own with phones until 11pm. I freak out initially, then observed what was happening and realised that they felt totally safe.

I've been collecting flowers from around the world and pressing them into my diary. Very special memories.

Lovely idea. I've been campaigning for this in the UK Parliament in my own capacity for a long time. They talk about it (a bit), but almost nothing ever gets funded.

Forest is such a healing space.

Basically the whole area is one giant wellness spa.

Lovely!

100%. Fresh air, relaxing colours and sounds, reality ... this is all amazing for resetting the brain and mind.

Nice and cozy!

I once confused being able to put my socks on in the morning for being a tennis champion, so I can empathise. 😂 However, I'm not the president of the world, so my confusion didn't have nuclear inhalation tied to it.

Thanks for sharing. 'Forgive yourself' I would personally put as No. 1 and then onwards with the rest of the list. I wrote a similar article while back about managing depression: jasongrant.in/page.php?id=63

This is actually very good overall in my opinion. 'Social media' in its current form is super toxic, degrading to human brain (especially children) and basically just a brainwash without any benefits.

Looks pretty much like a saint in comparison to today's guard.

What is it about?

Yeah, the law is now dead letters on paper. 😐

'Have to' sounds pretty hardcore.
