Looks like more of a case of ConnectWise wa not a suitable product for your requirments. That's probably not the products fault.

That product looks interesting but it is not comparable to a product like ConnectWise PSA (if thats what you are referring to). CW PSA is a toold for MPSs and IT Service business to manage multiple clients, this MaintainX looks more to do with internal assets and maintenance...

ConnectWise have around a 25% market share in the MSP/TSP tools market. So a high number of legitimate IT businesses use CW tools every day. However, I do agree that ScreenConnect does seem to the the go-to tool for the scammers. It is one of the best remote tools, which is probably the reason.

Which CW app are you talking about in particular?

I think when you are comparing the top tier of PSA options, they all have their pros and cons. Everyone has their favourites. A lot of the time the frustrations with these systems are actually down to poor implementation and processes by the company using them. Seen CW work numerous times.

All systems have their ups and downs, but I think ConectWise PSA/Manage is a perfectly good ticketing system. What issues are you having?

I feel the same going from ConnectWise to Service now! 😂
More a challenge in terms of what we get used to than the systems I guess!
