Absolutely the best way to cook your Turkey. Helps with the “Dryness” of the white meat. I also recommend doing this with a chicken if you need to roast it quickly.

Good points. I think I was too young for the 90s to really think about that kind of stuff. So maybe it’s always been the illusion of a young man’s game.
