Not much around. Sometimes I post or repost (reskeet? reskoot?) a message. Don't post NSFW, but might follow and/or reply to some.
The best cat in the best country of Chile (Chileans will get it). And the eggs for US$2,90/dozen.

In my case, not needed. But the point is that the NYT should also have a text-only version. A lot of the Internet gets lost for blind people when text is posted as images-only with no alternatives. I also understand that there's an art component of it, though (and the illustrations are amazing).

Loved the story. It's a shame that the @nytimes.com website formatted it in a way that it doesn't work at all with screen readers (not even alt texts for the pictures). Blind people needs not to apply here.

I could, yes. I just don’t really like to. But that’s just me.

*hugs and congrats* from me and Ben (I think he already sent you the hugs)

Still owe you one in person :)

Oh, “predicted”* by Futurama, way, way back in the far gone year of… 2000 >.<

* The ads are almost the same as they were 25+ years ago.

It’s a Kojima-produced game. That price is relatively normal (low sales + specialised hardware + Kojima).

I hate that is so expensive, though.

Because SCART could do them all! For us it's either get a PVM/BVM, heavily mod an old consumer CRT TV (if it can be done), or get something like a RetroTink 4K. You just need to do a search on the local classifieds :P

Or: The only “universal” half-decent way we had in the Americas. Y/C was only for the rich kids, and RGB was a non-starter. Didn’t had anything decent until Y/Pb/Pr started showing up in early 2000s mid-range TVs (Y/C was still a rarity)

Yeah, I was there last February (London, Glasgow and Manchester)

O.O Maybe the next time I visit the UK? Last time was nowhere near Yorkshire.

Would need some heavy practice, though.

I know you are caring, very cuddly and one of the best persons I’ve met in my whole 40+ years on this blue ball.

And we’ve only met once, under very strange circumstances.

Please, don’t let the little demons of doubt define who you are.

*hugs and cuddles from across the pond*

He owns Daunt Books, and IIRC, he also runs Waterstones (both in the UK)

I have three. But my city only exists in “political” films (and yes, A Fantastic Woman was a “political” film here), or as a punchline, like the “estadio olímpico” line in There’s Something About Mary.

Do you have any kind of video capture software open? That's the default date/time it shows when doing screen video capture (and yes, that's the OG iPhone announcement time).
