Yip, I lost 20kgs last year and only a combo of lots of swimming & biking AND an 800 cal per day diet did it.
And freakin annoyingly my 2025 annus horribilis has seen me put most of it back on. Hate that for me lol.

Pottered around in the kitchen when I got home and made beef kofte, roasted garlic hummus & tzatziki.
Freakin tasty with a little salad, bread from Maihan and a sprinkling of dukkah. 🍽

Saffron & tomato monkfish & prawn stew with aioli, and completely unnecessary garlic ciabatta.
I've got to say it was a superb idea on this miserable Sunday night. 🍽
