Maybe if you get him a gift card u can draw/paint a qt/silly hacker giftcard that way he sees you put time and thought in your own way, I do that sometimes!!

We’re supposed to go skiing/snowboarding this weekend with my friends so hopefully I’ll be more fun this weekend than last 🤧

Polar bears look white for a similar reason — their skin is black and their hairs are clear/translucent. But when you pack the hairs so tightly together and they’re all reflecting, it makes the polar bear appear white.

U mean when you cook them? It’s because all the cell walls burst apart. Think of all the cells and cell walls in onion like a bazillion lil bubbles reflecting light. If u pop all the bubbles light travels straight through the liquid instead of reflecting off all the bubble surfaces.
