This is why I got into Blu-ray/DVD ripping, as it's easier to bypass region restrictions that way. But you can also get region free DVD/Bluray players if you just want to watch stuff, though they can be pricier.

Dude I'd buy the heck out of just a Holy Trinity port collection. And an Ace Combat 3 remaster/remake would be wild. Heck, Ace Combat 6 deserves some love too.

Which is why I wish Blu-rays didn't use a non-user-customizable subtitle format like PGS. Though I understand why it might create more complexity on the author's end.

For me, yellow subtitles always feel jarring for some reason. I understand for others it makes text more legible, but I wish it was an optional thing. Wish the Blu-ray subtitle format wasn't just BMP images, though with space on disks it theoretically wouldn't be impossible to include color options.

I imagine if Discotek picked it up, it will retain the Japanese, with maybe a new sub depending on how well this 2nd Movie Collection does.

I imagine *if* they're going to do at least one more Blu-ray Movie collection, then it would include the Frontier movie, X-Evolution, and the Data Squad/Savers movie.
After that you get to the Tri movies and stuff, and those are already on Blu-ray from Shout Factory.
