The whole setup is a joke. I remember being blocked during sales for refreshing the page then it tells you to contact the ticket office. You've zero chance of a response from them. They're shocking!

I had a ticket for Blackburn in my basket. Half an hour plus left on the timer then told it had been removed due to some sort of error when I tried to pay for it 😭😂
