This exact fact saved my brother's life 10 years ago. He has never been on ACA but his long term employer decided to change insurance. He was at the top of the transplant list and the new insurance had no choice but to cover it. He would have died waiting for approval without this ACA rule.

Anything by Mo Willems. Elephant and Piggie come in hardcover volumes that are wonderful! Kids love the humor, dialogue and illustrations. And in a year or two they can read then independently!
