I will save her life and I will continue the story. But I need to get my main party to around level 40 to 50. Probably will stop at 45. I don't want to get clobbered by monsters too badly in disc four.

Now I'm on my way to Esthar. In which I will have to save Rinoa's life even though I don't like her as a character. Sorry. The damsel in distress archetype is not my cup of tea.

It appears that the cutscene graphics have improved. They look sharper. Well... The faces do at any rate. Hair and clothing still isn't all that defined. It's there, but there's no shape or movement to it. But, good things come to those who wait.

Sphene is a very good healer for an NPC. I'd rank her right up there with Alphinaud.

It appears that SE has scaled back the difficulty on the new dungeon though. I haven't cleared a dungeon with NPCs once in all of Dawntrail and here I am, having learned mechanics and only dying twice??? I was expecting a challenge like The Meso Terminal.

It is a fairly drastic drop in tone... Maybe I'm putting too much thought into it though.

I know there's a distinct possibility of Jonathan Bailey not being able to play the part due to his rising Hollywood stardom, but it's still sad. :(
