Just learned Aldis Hodge played Samuel L. Jackson’s nephew in DIE HARD WITH A VENGEANCE (with is a fucking great movie, btw). Now I can’t stop thinking of a legacy sequel in the tradition of CREED, with Hodge and Jackson reprising their roles.

I just finished LUDWIG, a delightful comedic mystery show. It’s about a socially awkward puzzle designer who secretly assumes the identity of his missing twin brother — a Detective Inspector. It’s funny and inventive and the episodic cases are fantastic little puzzles. It’s streaming on BritBox.

Jonathan Banks appreciation post. This is from an episode of WISEGUY, written by David J. Burke and Don Kurt. Before this, Banks had mostly been cast as henchmen and villains. Then Stephen J. Cannell had the brilliance to cast him as Frank McPike and he wound up nominated for an Emmy.

My wife’s on the board of the LA Food Bank, and we had a fantastic time last night at their “Taste of the Rams” event at Sofi Stadium. We got a behind-the-scenes tour and everything.
