I also think that since Xaden always referred to Tyrrendor as a “she”, the letter to Violet at the end where he says “it’s yours now” means his soul is in Violet’s possession now since venin lose their soul and it’s in that box they got on that island

I totally agree with the whole Violet’s dad not being dead and working with the venin!
