Good morning Buen Provecho on your Coffee/tea and breakfast This is a heavy message because this time of year seems to put us through something no matter the weight, emotional, physical, financial. Weather it's work, family, friends and life. Things seem to always weigh heavier on us during the end of year.The holiday season. Its not easy walking around with a smile and going about your day doing what needs to be done when so much is happening. In these tough seasons don't let anyone's opinion or remarks on how your navigating through them hold any power on your thoughts feelings or action. We as humans do the best we can as well as learning through these new experiences that are thrown our way. Give yourself grace in this period. And do whats right, not what others tell you is right. We may all have similarities on certain situations but each is distinct because of the people/places and things. Mistakes will be made and don't beat yourself up because of them, just correct them. There are many things uncontrollable in our lives don't focus on those. Focus and correct what you can change for the better. Right your wrongs and know the people that should be in your life and those you must stop making excuses for. Be present with yourself and your kids and loved ones. Though easier said then done or shown, things will get better. Please try and have a good day and stay positive.
