Imprisonment becomes a priority when you privatize the prison system.

However, they have committed impeachable offenses not upholding our Constitution.

When a Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives refuses to swear in a duly elected qualified representative, there are a number of potential recourses. The Supreme Court has ruled that a Speaker cannot exclude a legitimately elected candidate from being seated.
