Fair, bad meat seems like a handling problem in the TJ’s DC’s as all vendors must come in at a certain temp and or it gets rejected. Tendon removal or removal of the side muscle on scallops sounds more like a quality issue that they need to address with their vendor if they get enough complaints

please do share. I’ve worked in several facilities that produced meat and other items from TJ’s. Meat quality was the same if not better. The fresh meat all comes the same distributors so I’d love to know what quality Standards you are basing this on. not here to defend tj’s just curious as a QA M
