I put a time limit on my phone so I would go to bed instead of scroll forever, and I’ve been crocheting or cleaning until 2-3am instead. So I think it’s just my brain now, phone or not I will not go to bed at a reasonable time

I can’t help but feel guilty AS FUCK when my bf starts cleaning the apartment. He doesn’t clean mad or do anything to make me feel this way…. I just can’t ever allow myself to relax because it’s too selfish. I should always be working hard, I should always be proving myself. Wtf is with that????
