So where’s the evidence to back this up? When was a law passed stating that drug runners are to be killed on site? Would you support another country doing this to Americans while providing 0 evidence that they were running drugs?

As a former Navy officer, I can assure you that every officer on those ships had the training to distinguish those orders from legal orders, but chose not to.
