Scotland doesn't have a case at the UN. A small grp of nats, with no authority to speak for Scotland, have written to the UN twice begging to be made a colony. And they've rightly been ignored, leaving them to sit around wallowing in their own self pity.

The UK is a sovereign unitary state, not a union. Countries aren't usually in the habit of throwing out regions that aren't net contributers. Last year alone Scotland raised £88bn, received back £113bn. You do the math.

It hasn't passed the c-24 stage, what a load of shit you talk. The c-24 has no powers at all outside of the countries already on their list. None at all. All liberation have achieved so far is a cosying up to Russia and being slapped down by the c-24 chair for trying to talk about Scotland.

Scotland is neither of these things. It's a constituent country of the United Kingdom, which is the sovereign unitary state. The UN won't suddenly start interfering in it's members internal matters to appease a small grp of nationalists.
