So I don't know about twitch, but asking around it sounds like on Youtube you get ID'd for pretty much every song in the soundtrack, but no strikes/claims that I am aware of.

It's how these lobbyists got what they wanted. They didn't plead their morality to somebody. They were just annoying for a short period of time. You can be more annoying for longer. I believe in you!
