never did much of it, but wholeheartedly agreed on what it teaches. I find it enjoyable & satisfying, like mindfulness. I remember doing a mental doubletake coming out of a session: did a room full of nerds really geek out for a whole 10 mins over a semicolon?(yes we did, and thoroughly enjoying it)
