There you go ... a bunch of simple stuff could make a pretty big difference. I like those kinds of changes ... and this space just feels Ripe to me for a bunch of simple changes as the Drill and Kill fades.

Love the creativity! Had a Grad. student lately make a strong case for Play (which we know has many benefits) ... and just thinking a couple simple changes might go a long way. The 20 min. recess feels more like something we do mostly because we've always done it that way. Wondering who likes it.

Pedro Noguera led the panel and pulled together some local deeper learning leaders who spoke to how their schools were having success across a variety of domains. But, certainly put the challenge to #UCEA to get into that work and help them.

Ouch ... great on their part and love they are seeking authenticity ... but, story would have been better if it was the result of great class projects.

Never left ... Doesn't have intense school technology focus of years past in the #UKSTL days, but we used lots of the learning in the design ... then @bethrous.bsky.social took it to a much higher level still.
