Be interesting to see the stats on that - general research I’ve seen seems to show that on average experts are made more expert and non-experts less expert.

Everyone has their own baseline - I was blessed with ADHD and OCD … which let me organize my chaos and become an excellent pattern matcher.

This could let everyone find their own path to being lifted

It’s not being about "dumb" its experts tend to be able to see patterns clearly - so the process helps refine them. Without this skill the patterns dissolve.

Which leads to me a thought that if we use LLMs to monitor user choices a meta analysis - they can nudge users into spotting patterns too.

Percolation is the separation of different domains or ideas - and for experts it helps to concentrate their intuition or insights into more focused areas.

Essentially LLMs are chatting with yourself with your inner world model being refined (experts) or dissolved (non-experts)
