I don't know, mostly I think the "I was wondering about something so I looked it up, here's what I found, full credit to this one journalist and here's their article" genre is on balance a good thing. People should be able to talk about things that interest them.

She fully credits the author, highlights the article title, makes it clear where she gets her content and just talks about it because it interests her. Maybe low-quality viewing, but is it really theft?
