having said that.there are very kind,gracious, men who are caught up unwittingly in Phil's snare.Some survivors have no social media presence. They have no idea what a groyper is.They did not know who Candace Owens is.What they do with that knowledge (as they gain it)is how they should be measured.

one more. As a society,we know, vaguely, that military preys on kids from trauma backgrounds, poverty, etc. sends them 2 war in various forms, tells them they can't talk about what they saw, and sends them back into society. i think maybe that is not working.USS Liberty, the oldest survivor of this.

4. there are things our government are doing now that are spooky aligned with the survivors stories whether its hegseth "no survivors" or greta thurnberg recent sailing adventures.... do we care about war crimes? how angry are we willing to get? how vocal are we wiling to get?

3. data on both sides of the USS Liberty is interesting and arguably there are pieces that don't add up for both "sides." if we can't have an honest, open conversation about govt relations from 60 years ago.... how can we do that now? and we desperately need to do that now.

2. b/c normal non/neo-nazi people are not interested, and neo-nazi's listen, hijack story for their own agenda - which is hatred filled and awful- it serves as fuel. I spend time reflecting on how I can listen and to whom. can kind listening offset hate? post-genocide rwanda a good example.

i think there are a few. 1. awareness of how soldiers are treated and perceived by society when they return from war. For example, survivors of USS Liberty have been under gag order for all of these years which has disallowed healing. that is relevant to a lot of our soldiers.

what is absolutely infuriating is the unappreciated derivative impact of this BS. my kids were in lockdown that went sideways b/c it was in between classes. so many kids had PTSD from the intercom that school had to run desensitization programing to fucking normalize regular school announcements.

Having recently traveled for 9 hours next to someone who clearly had worked out and not showered after....I am "oh hell no" vote on pull ups and step ups at the airport.

We're focused on wrong thing. Its not "how many" its "the how." Obama deported @ nearly same rate as trump(400000/year). Don't get me wrong, I loathe shapiro. The shocking thing tho is not that admin is deporting in high numbers its the cruelty, illegality, &fascist manner in which they r doing it.

I do love that at least one dementia patient is being well cared for. I wouldn't necessarily have picked that particular elder but change starts one person at a time.
