Beautiful ornament hanging off of an empty tequila bottle. The ornament is several layers of circular pieces of intricately cut and differently stained wood stacked together. The intricate parts are the word "Fuck" (6 of them) in cursive radiating out from the center of the circle. The F's touch each other so that a 6-pointed star is created in the negative space of the very center of the ornament.

Sunrise on the Mississippi River, 10/10/23. The sun is slightly above the hills on the horizon and peaking through a smattering of clouds to create a star effect. Somewhat surprisingly, there is a reflection of the sun on the river, making it look like a double sunrise. A tiny snail sits atop and munches on a small, grey-capped mushroom that hasn't quite fully opened yet. One can see a relatively large, white area of exposed mushroom flesh on the cap where the snail has already eaten. Both sit on a patch of moss and short grass.

An umbrella-like mushroom, no bigger than a q-tip, emerges from under a moss-dappled twig in the grass near the forest. The pale mushroom cap is covered in tiny hairs heavy with dew.

A pair of old, moss-covered shoes sits posed on the leaf-riddled ground in the forest. A vine or two of ivy winds its way through the dead leaves near the top of the photo. The heel of one shoe sits on the toe of the other at an almost right angle to the bottom shoe. The top shoe faces out toward the bottom right of the photo. The laces of the shoes are tied to each other in a knot near the ends. One wonders at the story these shoes could tell...

Tiny striped wintergreen plants nestled at the base of a tree. One has sent up a flower stalk with two white flower heads, one that has opened and is facing downward, at the end. The leaves are dark green, elongated and teardrop shaped with a light stripe down the center. The whole plant group and flowers are only a couple centimeters tall.
