After three years of development, the fifth episode of The AMC Squad is out!

A fully standalone, free Duke Nukem 3D fangame, set after the death of Duke. It is utterly enormous - like 'large JRPG' scale - with like 15+ playable characters, RPG and management mechanics.

Only one more episode to go.

Really liked the video. If you want to check out another anime mod for Half-life, look for 'Wrong Door' (on moddb) it's a mashup of Half-life, Afraid of monsters, and...a full blown JRPG with a party system. The translation is a bit rough but it's fully playable in English. It's...an experience.

to be fair I'm happy enough with what we got that I'm not too worked up about the initial reveal. The released game actually had decent squad gameplay where your allies weren't just glorified side turrets as in Mass Effect, but had to be used effectively to survive even on normal mode.
