Increased weight by 5 pounds on all three exercises today and was able to complete the 5x5! Great energy on this cold Monday morning. Currently feeling like -45 windchill outside but it's hot in the gym!

Solid workout today. Didn't have a ton of energy but managed to get through it.

Great workout today!

New PRs with both bench and row. Was able to complete the 5x5 with minimal struggle.

Last sets of all 3 definitely pushed me so I'll keep this weight again for Friday's rotation and then likely increase next week.

I felt a little bit of tightness in my back this morning when I woke up so I took some extra time to stretch, and then went to the gym at lunch. Workout was solid, no issues from the back even though it is still a bit tender. We'll see how it feels by Friday because I want to squat more weight.

Today's workout was awesome. Went up in weight across the board.

Squats felt good. I'll do Wednesday at this weight and maybe increase on Friday. Want to ensure that my form holds.

Overheard press last 2 sets were rough. Definitely felt the extra 5lb.

Deaslift same as squats.

Yesterday in somehow slept through my alarm. Made up for it today.

Increasing weights by 5lb on everything starting Monday.

Workout today felt great! One more day on Friday at this squat weight and then we go up again on Monday. Deadlifts will also increase on Monday and I will try 80 lb on the overhead press. Making slow but steady progress.

Back at it on this fine Monday morning!

Moved up on squats and bench. Barbell row is still right on the edge in terms of holding good form so I'll do this same weight on Friday again before moving up.

Going for 7 days of logged workouts this week.

Today's workout felt great! 2nd 5x5 day since coming back after the sciatic issues. Planning it hit it again Friday and then up my weights on Monday.

Back on it this week!

Feeling stronger on the overhead press. Will see how it feels Friday before hopefully upping the weight next week.

Squats feeling good too. Will up those for sure next Monday.

Deadlift hopefully up too.

Forgot to post yesterday's workout again lol. Upped the weight of squats and deadlift. Overhead press 4th and 5th sets are still tough so I'm working on that.

Today will be cardio and core.

Forgot to post yesterday's workout. Continued on with the B day of strong 5x5. It was -36 and blizzard snow conditions so walking 10k steps was not an option.

Today's workout:

Walked the dog, rode the spin bike and finished it off with 12 minutes of core work.

Likely won't hit the 10k steps goal today but feeling good about the 13km I did on the bike.
