New PRs with both bench and row. Was able to complete the 5x5 with minimal struggle.
Last sets of all 3 definitely pushed me so I'll keep this weight again for Friday's rotation and then likely increase next week.

Overheard press last 2 sets were rough. Definitely felt the extra 5lb.

Moved up on squats and bench. Barbell row is still right on the edge in terms of holding good form so I'll do this same weight on Friday again before moving up.

Walked the dog, rode the spin bike and finished it off with 12 minutes of core work.
