These diagonal intersections along Leary are terrible for pedestrians. According to the SDOT project coordination map, there are plans for a signal at 46th, but not here.

The blotter says they "crossed the street in an area not designated for pedestrian crossing". The emergency response was at 15th Ave Nw / Nw 73rd St. which is a legal, unmarked crosswalk.
