I think there is something to that to a degree. When hired , the men agree on a 50 grand bump but they only get it if they stay 5 years at 10 grand per year. If they quit, they have to give it back. Likely the first 10 grand is spent on trucks, the house, the kids, cruise tickets.

I saw a report that called it an Ai generated thing. His image is too perfect and softened like a video game and there is some Ai issues with image as the car drove away after the supposed kicking. I will ask Ai again in a day if it were proven to be so.

MANY nurses are really ok with the pay, but when a nurse has 5 really sick patients to care for with one tech that cares for 10 patients, the scenario for mistakes and danger for missed symptoms heightens. When someone dies or sues, they hire, after a year it gets bad again when the bottom line.....
