Where I live a state over, 2 acre minimums were voted in to ward off the semi-washed hordes. Within ten years three of five elementary schools in town closed as younger families were shut out by the resulting housing prices skyrocketing. And now those still there are crippled w/insane property taxes

They changed it because verbatim. And because it’s hysterical. It’s not that many years ago that most court reporters were told to “clean up” the judge. With the advent of digital recording and public access to many recordings those days are over.
